The consultation aims to derive insights from current research and
experience on the ground, on what the next year’s budget might do,
to alleviate as well as assuage some of the adverse impacts of COVID-19 and
the lockdown measures on women and girls. These insights will be shared
along with relevant data with concerned Ministries, to inform priorities
for the upcoming budget for 2021-22.
